About me
Hi, I’m Tara. My intention is to provide a nurturing space for others to explore their life experience no matter what they may have endured. I strive to help others find a sense of well-being that is curated through their own internal awareness. I offer clients nervous system support so that they can learn to rediscover their needs and advocate for themselves. I aim to guide individuals in liberating their authentic nature and empowering their sense of being. I encourage others to find their own voice and solutions, ultimately helping them discover the way they think, feel, and what their strengths are.
I embody a person-centered, and humanistic approach to foster acceptance and self-love. I bring in a compassion-based feminist perspective to support others in rediscovering their authority in life. Additionally, I offer nature therapy and experiential art to provide an environment that fosters mindfulness and reconnection to the self. I enjoy working with those exploring parenthood, motherhood, divorce, and co-parenting, religious trauma, and creativity. I blend both artistic forms of psychotherapy with evidenced-based practices to support my clients emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
I offer individual psychotherapy for adults in person, virtually or nature based. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so I can answer any questions you might have.
