About me
Hi - I am so glad you’re here!
Clients that find me may be used to holding things together on the outside while feeling disconnected or overwhelmed on the inside. You might find yourself overthinking, staying hyper-aware of others, or chronically pushing your own needs aside. These patterns often develop for a reason, shaped by trauma, high-control or religious environments, family dynamics, neurodivergence, or fear of rejection. And still, there may be a part of you that's wanting something different - more ease, more clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself.
I work with adults, young adults, teens, and couples navigating OCD, trauma (including religious and complex trauma), LGBTQIA+ identity, neurodivergence, and relational challenges. My approach integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, somatic work, attachment-based therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. Together, we move beyond just understanding your experiences and begin building a more compassionate and connected relationship with yourself.
I view symptoms as meaningful survival strategies - not something to get rid of, but something to understand. Many of the people I work with feel caught between different parts of themselves, wanting change but unsure how to get there. In our work, we slow things down, get curious, and create space for all parts of you to be seen and supported.
You can show up as you are in this space. My goal is to create a place where you feel understood, can reconnect with yourself, and begin coming home to who you are in a way that feels grounded, safe, and honest.
