About me
Hi, I’m Katelyn. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, supported, and respected. Therapy works best when it feels human, when you don’t feel pressure to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or rush your healing. I aim to create a space that feels grounded and genuine, where you can show up as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
My approach is collaborative, trauma informed, and emotion focused. I care deeply about understanding your story and how your experiences show up in your body, your relationships, and your day to day life. I will sit with you in the hard moments, help you make sense of what you’re feeling, and support you in finding ways to cope, regulate, and reconnect with yourself.
I work with individuals, children through play therapy, and couples, and I support people navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, relational challenges, and life transitions. I value authenticity, trust, and connection, and I believe healing happens when you feel seen, respected, and supported, not rushed or judged.
Katelyn is under the supervision of Erica Webb, MS, LPC, ACS (LPC013467).
