Hello, I'm Tammie! I've been working with survivors of toxic systems, narcissistic family structures, cults, and high demand religion since 2021, through individual consultation and targeted group support. I specialize in adults who are exploring and healing from complex trauma. 

My approach is trauma trained, survivor-centered, and focused on safety, stability, psychoeducation and cognitive reframing. Clients can expect a collaborative relationship to examine issues of trauma, trauma response, emotional experiencing, and interpersonal relationships.​​
