IFS+EMDR Consultation Group

For therapists looking to deepen their practice

Join Emily and Erica for IFS-EMDR consultation, as they bring an authentic, relational lens to this space. They offer real support to help you feel more comfortable with this model and build genuine confidence in your integration work.

IFS+EMDR group3.png

Facilitators:

  • Emily Lemke, LCSW-C runs a solo private practice in Maryland built on an integrated IFS-EMDR framework. Emily values a relational and authentic approach in therapy. She's warm, direct, and unapologetically herself, showing up as a person rather than a blank slate, because she believes the therapeutic relationship (not the perfect intervention) is what actually lets healing happen. Her practice offers weekly individual trauma therapy, IFS-EMDR intensives, and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR for clients, alongside therapist mentoring and clinical consultation for clinicians navigating complex, stuck, or dissociative cases. Whether she's in session with a client or on a consult call with a fellow therapist, that same authentic, relational presence shines through.

  • Erica Webb, MS, LPC, ACS is the owner of ATL Trauma Therapy in Atlanta, and what clients and consultees consistently say sets them apart is how genuinely they shows up, refusing to be a blank slate or pretend to have all the answers. As an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant-in-Training, she offers EMDR consultation, clinical supervision, and private practice consultation for therapists at every stage, in addition to her own client caseload. Whether she's in session or leading consultation, that same warmth, curiosity, and honesty carries through.
